| Kathy Guckenberg | |
|---|---|
| Kathy, Captain Tim's wife, also enjoys the outdoors. Although she helps with the administrative tasks of Reel Addiction Charters, you might be lucky enough to see her stop down to the harbor and help clean the boat and the fish after a trip! She truly enjoys fishing, especially when she lands bigger ones than the captain!
Kathy is a 5th grade elementary teacher in the Elcho School district and is actively involved in the Elcho School Forest. When she is not spending time with the captain, she is giving her attention to our Brittany Spaniel, Whitney. | |
| The Reel Addiction | |
|---|---|
| The Reel Addiction is a 30-foot Grady-White fishing machine built to withstand rugged ocean conditions. It is powered by dependable twin Honda 130 outboards that are quiet and smoke-free. The boat is fast, safe and comfortable, yet not so large as to make passengers feel disconnected with the fishing action. It has a cabin with an enclosed head (bathroom) for passenger convenience. The boat is equipped with the latest technology including networked Raymarine sonar, GPS, autopilot and radar to get people on fish in a hurry and return home safely. Four Cannon Mag 10 high-speed electric downriggers complement the superb electronics. The Reel Addiction was featured in the February 2008 issue of Great Lakes Angler Magazine as part of their Great Boat series. | |
